IFS Strategy is an AI-driven platform for building and optimizing business cases through a strategic value framework and an AI agent inbox. I led the 0→1 design and defined the AI interaction patterns for this first-of-its-kind product at the company.

Copperleaf Suite is an AI-powered Asset Investment Planning platform that enables transparent, defensible investment decisions through a unified Value Framework. As Principal Product Designer, I led the North Star vision, unified the experience, built the design system, and drove its AI transformation.

Carupi is a mobile-first startup reinventing the car-selling experience by enabling users to sell their cars entirely from home. Backed by Silicon Valley investors, I was hired by the CEO to define the product vision and lead UX/UI while connecting agile practices with product design.

As a Product Design Manager at Accenture, I led 15 designers across multiple cross-functional teams at Itaú, the largest bank in Latin America. I scaled design leadership in a complex enterprise environment, aligning design, product, and engineering to elevate quality, consistency, and measurable business impact across critical financial platforms.

At Itaú, via Accenture, I led the creation of the bank’s first Design System, adopted by 200+ designers and 1,000+ developers, and drove the rollout of the Itaú app across Latin America, supporting 12+ million users in markets including Colombia, Paraguay, and Uruguay.
